NEXT is broadening its reach to encompass additional regions!
New Shipment from Oakland, NY, and NJ Ports: Drivers located in Oakland, NY, and NJ now have the capability to access and view shipments directly from their respective port locations.
In-app Driver Management: Fleet administrators can now efficiently oversee and, if necessary, remove drivers directly through our application interface.

● Check out our shiny, new loading screen every time you open the app.

We’ve made a few changes in the past couple weeks that we’re hoping you’ll enjoy:
● View container number, job number, and driver name on the My Loads page to easier reference and assign loads.
● Check out info before booking such as specific address and container size to plan your route and determine the right load for your equipment.
● Invoice through the app as the default option so you can get paid quicker and add fees.
● Remember your login info to help you sign in next time.
We’ve spent the past few weeks on improvements that drivers have been asking for:
● Verify and add your banking info and business address so we can send direct deposit and tax documents on time
● Notice which instructions include our yards when you see a “NEXT” associated with them to plan your routes
● Enter detention in quarterly increments to quickly add your fees
● Check out the updated Available Jobs screen where all jobs now live in All, Port, Short Haul, or Long Haul tabs
We’re excited to share that we’ve raised the fee rates for Carriers! In addition, we’ve also released the following features:
● View issued payments and monitor status of each load in the new Payments screen.
● Check out current monthly and year-to-date earnings on the Payments Issued tab.
● See invoices and resubmit accessorial receipts through each load’s details within the Payments screen.
● Talk to our marketplace support even faster with revised phone info.
